- WSum6
- Weighted Sum6
- weighted six special scores
Definition
WSum6 is the weighted sum of the six thought-related special scores.
It not only counts how many peculiarities appear, but also how much clinical weight they carry according to severity.
Interpretation
- The higher
WSum6is, the greater the overall weight of cognitive distortion or peculiarity. - Two protocols with similar
Sum6can still differ if one contains more severe indicators. - In adult protocols, a high
WSum6deserves closer review of thought consistency and disorganization risk.
Cautions
WSum6does not replace checking which specific special scores are present.- It is useful to see whether the increase comes from
Lv2,CONTAM, or several smaller indicators accumulating. - It should be read with
M-,PTI, mediation, and processing rather than as an isolated marker.
