Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 15, 2026

These Terms explain the conditions that apply when using the Rorschach Structural Summary web app jointly operated by the Seoul Institute of Clinical Psychology (SICP) and MOW. While the About page explains what the service is for, this page focuses on the practical rules and responsibility boundaries that apply when using it.

Service use and accounts

The service provides Structural Summary calculation, reference-document search, and the interpretation helper plus coding helper that become available after sign-in. Structural Summary calculation and reference search are available without sign-in, but AI features are available only to signed-in users.

Sign-in is handled through Google OAuth. Users are responsible for keeping account access and connected API keys secure. Revoking Google access and cleaning up account-linked data may involve separate steps.

BYOK-based AI features

AI features are provided only under a BYOK model. BYOK means “Bring Your Own Key,” or more plainly, that the user connects and uses their own API key instead of relying on a provider key supplied by the service operator.

As a result, model costs, quotas, provider-side response policies, and outages are governed by the external provider selected by the user, such as OpenAI or Google. The operator does not directly control those third-party terms, pricing, or response behavior.

Nature of AI responses and responsibility

AI responses are reference and support material only. They do not replace independent clinical judgment or formal diagnosis. The service is intended as a learning and review aid, not as a system that makes final judgments on behalf of a professional.

Final interpretation and responsibility always remain with the user. Users are expected to review AI output critically and apply their own professional judgment when deciding how, or whether, to rely on it.

Prohibited use and rights

Users must not use, share, or sell another person’s account, credentials, or API keys without authorization. They must not disrupt service operations, exploit security weaknesses, or use the service in ways that infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.

Rights in the service software, UI, documentation, database structure, and curated reference organization belong to the operator or lawful rights holders. Except where law permits, users may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit these assets without prior permission.

Changes, suspension, liability, and contact

The operator may change or suspend part or all of the service when reasonably necessary for technical or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Issues caused by external providers such as OpenAI, Google, or Google OAuth are governed by those providers’ own policies and agreements. For service questions, error reports, or terms-related inquiries, contact sicpseoul@gmail.com.
