[Coding/Content] (H)

[Coding/Content] (H)

Aliases

  • (H)
  • imaginary human
  • mythic human figure

Definition

(H) is coded when the percept is a whole human figure from fiction, fantasy, or mythology.
It is still a whole human figure, but not an ordinary realistic person.

Conditions

  • The main object has to be a whole human figure.
  • The figure must be fantastic, mythic, fictional, or clearly unrealistic.
  • Typical examples include angels, demons, giants, fairies, ghosts, or science-fiction humanoids.
  • If only a part of that figure is described, reconsider scoring-input/contents/(Hd).

Cautions

  • (H) is not the same as scoring-input/contents/H; H is reserved for realistic whole human figures.
  • (H) is not the same as scoring-input/contents/(Hd); (Hd) is used for an imaginary human detail.
  • A costume, mask, or artistic style does not automatically change the code if the person is still describing a realistic whole person.
  • The decision about scoring-input/gphr/GHR or scoring-input/gphr/PHR is still a separate step.
